At EOO Reserve, we stand behind everything we make. The EOO Atmos is built to last — and we back that with a clear, honest warranty. No fine print. No runaround.
1. 30-Day Replacement Guarantee
Every EOO Atmos purchase is covered by our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee from the date of delivery.
If your diffuser arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected for any reason within 30 days — we will replace it immediately, no questions asked.
This is our baseline promise to every customer regardless of the reason.
2. 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty
In addition to the 30-Day Replacement Guarantee, every EOO Atmos diffuser is covered by a 1-Year Manufacturing Warranty from the date of delivery.
If your diffuser stops working due to a manufacturing defect or functional failure within one year of purchase — we will replace it at no cost to you.
What Is Covered
- Internal component malfunction or failure
- Power or electrical issues not caused by misuse
- Diffusion performance failure under normal use conditions
- Indicator light failure
- Any functional defect arising from the manufacturing process
What Is Not Covered
- Accidental damage, drops, or physical impact
- Water submersion or liquid damage
- Cosmetic wear and tear such as scratches or dents from normal use
- Damage caused by using third-party fragrance oils or non-EOO Reserve refills — use of non-compatible oils voids this warranty
- Damage caused by use with non-standard power adapters or voltages
- Defects reported after 1 year from the date of delivery
3. Fragrance Oil Refills
Fragrance oil refills are covered under our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee only in the following cases:
- The bottle arrived damaged or leaking
- The wrong scent was delivered
Refills are not covered for personal scent preference or change of mind after opening.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
Claiming your warranty is simple:
- Email or WhatsApp us within the applicable warranty period
- Share your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Send a photo or short video showing the defect or malfunction
- Tell us your preference — replacement or refund (where applicable)
Once verified we will dispatch your replacement within 1–2 business days or process your refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Refunds Under Warranty
We operate a replacement-first policy. In most cases we will resolve your issue by sending a replacement unit.
In exceptional circumstances where a replacement is not possible — for example if the product is out of stock — we will process a full refund.
Refund timelines by payment method:

For COD refunds we will request your bank account details (account number and IFSC code) via WhatsApp or email to process the transfer.
6. Important Notes
- This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all warranty claims
- EOO Reserve reserves the right to assess and verify all claims before processing a replacement or refund
- Warranty coverage is limited to products purchased directly from www.eooreserve.com
