Shipping Policy — EOO Reserve

At EOO Reserve, we want your order to reach you quickly, safely, and exactly as expected. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order is confirmed and packed, it will be handed over to our courier partner for dispatch.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will reach out via WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatching. This helps us ensure a smooth delivery experience for you.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India — all major cities, Tier 2 cities, and most pin codes.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. This will be introduced at a later stage.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping is free on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.
4. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days depending on your location.

Please note delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
5. Our Courier Partner
We ship via Bluedart through our logistics partner Shiprocket — one of India's most reliable courier networks. Your order is in safe hands.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive:
- A WhatsApp message from us with your tracking link
- An email with your tracking details and expected delivery date
You can use the tracking link to follow your order in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order please reach out to us at info@eooreserve.com or WhatsApp us directly.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across India at no extra charge. Here's how it works:
- Place your order and select Cash on Delivery at checkout
- We will WhatsApp you within a few hours to confirm your order and delivery address
- Once confirmed, your order will be packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days
- Pay the exact order amount in cash to the delivery executive at the time of delivery
Please note: COD orders that are not confirmed via WhatsApp within 24 hours may be cancelled to avoid unnecessary shipping costs. We always try to reach you at least twice before cancelling.
8. Prepaid Orders
We accept prepaid payments via Razorpay — including all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking. Prepaid orders are given dispatch priority.
9. Packaging
Every EOO Reserve order is carefully packed to ensure your diffuser and fragrance oils arrive safely. Our packaging is designed to protect the product through transit — if anything arrives damaged please contact us immediately with a photo and we will make it right.
10. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful — for example if you are unavailable at the address — our courier partner will typically make 1–2 additional attempts. You may also be contacted directly to reschedule.
If an order is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will reach out to reship. Additional shipping charges may apply in this case.
11. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. EOO Reserve is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order please contact us at info@eooreserve.com or WhatsApp us as soon as possible — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
