1. About EOO Reserve

EOO Reserve is a premium Indian home fragrance brand selling directly to consumers through www.eooreserve.com. Our flagship product is the EOO Atmos — a wall plug-in cold-air fragrance diffuser sold with proprietary fragrance oil refills.

All transactions made through our Site are between you and EOO Reserve, operated from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

2. Eligibility

By using our Site or placing an order, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
You are using our Site and products for lawful purposes only
You are located in India or are placing an order for delivery within India

We do not knowingly sell to or collect data from anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not use this Site.

3. Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, scent information, imagery, and pricing on our Site. However:

Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product
Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and update product information at any time without prior notice
In the rare event that a product is mispriced, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify our product range at any time. Placing an order does not guarantee availability — in the event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund.

5. Orders and Payment

By placing an order on our Site you are making an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Accepted payment methods:

Prepaid: UPI, credit card, debit card, and net banking via Razorpay
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available across India at no additional charge

For COD orders, we will confirm your order via WhatsApp before dispatch. Failure to confirm within 24 hours may result in your order being cancelled.

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

6. Shipping and Delivery

All orders are shipped across India via Bluedart through our logistics partner Shiprocket. Shipping is free on all orders. Estimated delivery timelines are 3–6 business days from dispatch depending on your location.

7. Returns and Replacements

Every EOO Atmos purchase is covered by our 30-Day Replacement Guarantee. If your product arrives damaged or is found to be defective within 30 days of delivery, we will replace it at no cost to you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site — including but not limited to the EOO Reserve name, EOO Atmos product name, Ember and Drift scent names, logos, product designs, photography, copy, and visual identity — is the exclusive property of EOO Reserve and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or exploit any content from our Site without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

9. Account Responsibility

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity that occurs under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

EOO Reserve is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
